Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in TANF programs.
• 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Driver's license in good standing with active automobile insurance.
• Commitment to customer-focused service delivery and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend partner/funding customer meetings.
• Complete all weekly/monthly reports requested.
• Manage/supervise assigned case managers on daily operations and performance.
• Conduct weekly meetings with staff and leadership.
• Develop and maintain project plans and reporting docs for timely delivery.
• Ensure assessment, service plans and career pathway docs meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Director on budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with case manager assignments for new customers.
• Generate progress and other management reports.
• Plan and manage day-to-day operations and program development.
• Other duties as assigned.
