Qualifications

• Experience in shelter or service setting with families.
• Ability to respond to emergencies on short notice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and redirection for families at the Shelter.
• Conduct and document hourly dorm, property and facilities inspections.
• Support Life Skills and enrichment activities for families.
• Ensure program policies are followed.
• Assist with preparing and serving meals.
• Coordinate with volunteers and community partners.
• Document client interactions per HMIS guidelines and grant requirements.
• Assist with family events and special activities.
• Keep connector building organized and clean.
• Attend training and perform additional duties as assigned.
