Job summary

Qualifications

• OTA certification and Texas state licensure.
• BLS certification (AHA).
• Two years of OTA experience preferred.
• Graduate OTA program approved by credentialing body.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient treatments under the direction of a Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to support patient outcomes.
• Document procedures and charges accurately.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment per plan of care.
