The role requires CA licensure, at least 1 year working with elderly or disabled populations, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Occupational Therapist in California.
• Minimum 1 year experience with elderly or disabled populations.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with daily living activities goals.
• Deliver remote and on-site therapy coverage for multiple locations.
• Collaborate on patient assessments, care planning, and team-based care coordination meetings.
• Support staff onboarding, competency training, and process implementation.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and compliance reporting for operational excellence.
• Assist in presentations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and interdisciplinary committees to enhance outcomes.
• Coordinate with managers and quality teams to align rehabilitation services with organizational goals.
