Qualifications

• Licensed in Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized plans of care to facilitate optimal performance using assessments.
• Identify the need for referrals to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Provide supervision for OT Assistants, students, and support personnel.
• Perform other duties as required to provide quality care.
