Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for per diem work in Delmar, Delaware. You will deliver evidence-based geriatric care in a supportive environment and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited OT school.
• Current Maryland licensure.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform Occupational Therapy services for inpatients in a Skilled Nursing Facility, including evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, splinting, patient and community relations, education, and implementation and delivery of services.
• Provide high-quality care and positive outcomes for patients, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services.
