Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized plans of care to facilitate optimal performance using standardized tests and measures.
• Identify needs and refer to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide supervision for PT Assistants, students, and support personnel as required by state regulations.
• Perform other duties to deliver quality care to residents.
