Assured Home Health at Moses Lake in Washington is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home care, assess functional status, ADLs, fine motor skills, and home safety, and recommend adaptive equipment.

You will collaborate with the care team, develop and document the therapy plan of care, monitor progress, and educate patients and families. Required: Washington OT licensure, CPR, valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation.

Qualificações

• Washington Occupational Therapy licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle or transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Assess functional status, ADLs, fine motor skills, home safety and adaptive equipment needs.
• Provide OT services within state scope of practice and plan of care with the health care team.
• Document outcomes, monitor progress, and communicate with physicians and nurses.
