Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Occupational Therapist to support patients in their homes. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to improve daily living activities and functional independence in a home health setting.

The role requires graduation from an approved OT program and state licensure. Prior Medicare home health experience is preferred, and some roles may permit experienced applicants to meet requirements with supervisor approval.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an OT in the state where practicing.
• Minimum of one-year experience preferred, may be less with VP/Regional Director approval based on prior experience.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• OTs help patients in the home improve daily living activities and functional skills.
• OTs use treatments to develop daily living skills, motor functions, and compensate for functional loss.
