Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to serve patients in Greenwood, SC. You will provide occupational therapy services, conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and participate in discharge planning within a supportive clinical team.

You will supervise assistants and rehab technicians, adhere to state and federal regulations, maintain documentation, and stay current with professional standards to deliver high-quality care across partner facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with OT standards and Reliant Rehabilitation’s guidelines.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans and discharge plans.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians; coordinate with care teams and facilities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and infection control policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
