Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services, screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning. You will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with patients and partner facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services in line with standards and Reliant Rehabilitation's policies.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while delivering high-quality care.
• Screen patients, evaluate and develop/implement treatment plans, and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians and manage caseload in accordance with state practice acts and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and uphold professional conduct.
