Ideal candidate has an OT degree, 2+ years of clinical experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Graduate OT curriculum accredited by AMA and AOTA.
• Registered with the National Registration Examination of AOTA.
• Two years of clinical OT experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional status and home safety.
• Develop treatment plans and goals for improved function.
• Coordinate plan of care with physicians and team.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in treatment regimes.
• Supervise OT assistants per policy and state regulations.
• Participate in discharge planning.
