Job summary

Constructive Partnerships Unlimited is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations for a New York nonprofit serving individuals with IDD. The role requires a strong track record in multimillion-dollar budgets, governance reporting, and regulatory compliance.

The CFO will guide budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning, oversee accounting and treasury, and collaborate with program leadership to ensure fiscal integrity and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience with 5+ years in senior roles.
• Direct nonprofit experience in an OPWDD-regulated setting required.
• Experience managing Medicaid reimbursement systems and government funding streams.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEO and executive team on financial sustainability and growth.
• Develop long-term financial strategies for expansion and capital planning.
• Provide forecasting and financial analysis to guide decisions.
• Prepare reports for Board of Directors and Finance Committee.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, payroll, billing, AR/AP, and treasury.
