Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen, a top national professional services firm, seeks an Audit Director or Manager to join the Northeast Nonprofit team. This in-office role can be based in Pittsburgh, PA, or CT offices. You will work with nonprofit clients to create opportunities for the community and CLA’s people.

You will lead engagements, plan staffing, supervise staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality assurance services to nonprofit clients in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm, driving strategic management.
• CPA license certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of nonprofit engagements as delegated by Principals.
• Plan timing, staffing and execution of assurance engagements to deliver value to clients.
• Lead engagement decisions; keep the Engagement Principal informed of major progress.
• Develop a trained team through recruitment planning, staff development, and performance evaluation.
