Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of nonprofit engagements as delegated by Principals.
• Plan timing, staffing, and execution of assurance engagements to deliver value.
• Lead decision-making for assigned engagements and keep principals informed.
• Develop team through recruiting, planning, and staff evaluation.
• Supervise engagement letter preparation and discuss terms with clients.
• Evaluate internal controls and audit programs and present to principals.
• Monitor time budgets and deadlines, and communicate progress to client management.
