Friends of Children with Special Needs (FCSN) is seeking an Adult Day Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations, supervise instructors, and enhance program quality through Person-Centered Thinking implementations. • Provide comprehensive program management and oversee daily operations.
• Supervise staff and implement behavioral support plans.
• Conduct ISP meetings and document outcomes with the team.
• Develop and maintain participant schedules, records, and reporting.
• Represent the program to families, participants and community partners.
