Job summary

Friends of Children with Special Needs (FCSN) in the Bay Area seeks an Adult Day Program Coordinator to manage daily operations, supervise instructors, and implement Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) within ISP planning and interdisciplinary teams.

You will lead safety drills, coordinate trainings, foster community partnerships, and communicate with parents and regional centers while upholding program standards and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in developmental disabilities field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality service delivery.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing training.
• Develop and implement ISP meetings with interdisciplinary team.
• Promote safety, emergency preparedness, and documentation.
• Engage with parents, regional centers, and community partners.
