West Boca Medical Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for Night Per Diem shifts. You will deliver safe, compassionate nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team to support patient outcomes.

You will document care in the electronic health record, review orders, and supervise clinical staff on your unit. Florida RN license and associates degree required; BLS, PALS, NRP, and AHA certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree from a Nursing program.
• License: Florida RN License.
• Certifications: American Heart Association, PALS, NRP, and BLS.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Minimum 1 year NICU nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Review orders/test results and document care delivered accurately in the EHR.
• Supervise assigned personnel delivering patient care and adhere to standards.
