IntelliResume seeks a Registered Nurse for Hackensack Meridian Health in Manahawkin, NJ on a per diem night shift. You will collect data, assess health status, develop care plans, and coordinate with the care team to implement the plan.

The role requires a New Jersey RN license and BLS/CPR certification; BSN in progress is acceptable and encouraged within three years of hire. Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire
• Six (6) months of nursing experience required
• One (1) year of nursing experience strongly preferred
• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required

Responsabilités

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Perform age and disease specific assessment/data collection independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status.
• Identify variables in patient/family education needs based on age and disease.
• Develop a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions.
• Formulate age and disease specific patient/family centered goals/outcomes.
• Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care.
• Provide ongoing communication with patient/family and healthcare team.
• Implement age and disease specific care in an organized manner.
• Perform continuous Point-of-Care electronic documentation.
