Job summary

The Centers seeks a Night Shift Supervisor for the Glick Recovery Campus to lead the 11:00 PM–7:30 AM crisis programs. You will oversee operations, staffing, and guest care, ensuring compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards across the shift.

You will champion service-centered care, supervise staff, and serve as the on-site problem-solver. The role requires MSW and preferred LISW licensure, with opportunities to impact care day and night.

Qualifications

• MSW required; LISW preferred.
• Minimum five years in a mental health, psychiatric, or healthcare setting with increasing responsibilities.
• Minimum two years of LISW licensure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and staffing for Crisis Programs during the assigned shift.
• Promotes service-centered care and supervises staff to model clinical best practices.
• Serves as the on-site point of contact for problem-solving and issue resolution during the shift.
• Facilitates service milestones and guest throughput across service lines to support Crisis Care Plan goals.
• Supports service delivery from registration through direct guest care in alignment with licensure and scope of practice.
• Ensures incident reports and shift documentation are completed accurately and per standards.
• Maintains knowledge of policies, regulations, and workflows governing crisis service delivery.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA and privacy requirements.
• Attends departmental meetings and collaborates across departments.
• Contributes to departmental and organizational decisions through participation.
• Must be physically capable of de-escalation with individuals receiving GRC crisis services.
