Job summary

The Centers is seeking a 3rd shift Clinical Social Worker or Therapist to support crisis services at the Glick Recovery Campus in Cleveland. You will deliver overnight clinical assessments, counseling, and recovery planning for individuals in acute crisis while coordinating care with community resources.

Qualifications include a social work degree and active Ohio LSW or LPC, with 2+ years in behavioral health and crisis intervention. Full-time, part-time, and per diem options available.

Qualifications

• Requires a social work degree or counseling master’s degree.
• Active LSW or LPC in Ohio.
• At least 2 years in psychosocial/mental health in behavioral health.
• Crisis intervention experience.
• BLS certification due two weeks before start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and recovery planning.
• Provide individual and group counseling during overnight hours.
• Identify provisional diagnoses and obtain service authorization.
• Support families with education and counseling.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
