Job summary

The Centers in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Crisis Services at the Glick Recovery Campus. This leadership role demands a licensed clinical professional to oversee operations and ensure compassionate care. Minimum qualifications include a Master of Social Work or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, alongside significant experience in mental health settings.

You will promote a supportive environment, maintain documentation accuracy, and support guests throughout their recovery. The Centers values professionalism and offers a dynamic work setting where every shift contributes to community wellness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a community mental health, psychiatric, or healthcare setting.
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience (LISW or RN) preferred.
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Registered Nurse (RN) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift-level leadership across all crisis programs at the GRC.
• Serve as the go-to resource for operational problem-solving.
• Collaborate to support the achievement of individual Crisis Care Plan goals.
• Ensure incident reports and shift documentation are complete.
• Contribute to the learning culture through departmental meetings.
• Be physically capable and participate in de-escalation.
