• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to advance patient plan and outcomes.
