HIAS Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager of Monitoring and Quality Assurance to lead monitoring across the Preferred Communities programs.

Based in hybrid Silver Spring, MD or New York, NY, you will coordinate site visits, desk reviews, and ORR coordination to ensure grant compliance and high-quality service delivery. You will plan yearly monitoring schedules, manage findings and corrective actions, and collaborate with the Grants Administration team on financial monitoring, producing clear

Formación

• Undergraduate degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. Refugee Admissions Program preferred.
• Experience with case management or wraparound services.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsabilidades

• Leads yearly monitoring schedule planning with staff.
• Coordinates monitoring site visit logistics.
• Performs on-site or remote monitoring incl. home visits and file reviews.
• Coordinates desk monitoring for new affiliates.
• Liaises with ORR during monitoring activities.
• Tracks findings and corrective actions; coordinates trainings.
• Plans and implements financial monitoring with Grants team.
• Updates monitoring reports and tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
