Qualifications

• Degree in education or related area qualified for licensure.
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage instructional time with prepared materials and on-task students.
• Maintain classroom behavior with clear rules and procedures.
• Present lessons with clear objectives and engaging examples.
• Monitor student progress using assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate with Principal and supervise teacher assistants as needed.
• Perform non-instructional duties as assigned and adhere to policies.
