Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field with a clinical license (LCSW, LPC-MH, LMFT) preferred.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field and license eligible; must take licensure exam within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis assessment and clinical interventions.
• Deliver school-based counseling/therapy (individual, group, family).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and parents to support well-being and academics.
• Maintain confidential records of therapy sessions and progress.
