Job summary

Wellpath in Wisconsin’s Eau Claire facility seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide clinical care in a correctional setting. You will conduct intake evaluations, deliver therapeutic interventions, and develop inmate-specific treatment plans with suicide prevention focus.

You will monitor caseload needs, train staff on mental health topics, and document all findings in accordance with policies. An active license and prior correctional experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related mental health discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in a mental health treatment program, preferably in a correctional or hospital setting.
• Unrestricted, current license in the State of practice – e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Provide suicide prevention techniques and develop treatment plans for inmates.
• Monitor clinical needs of inmates on caseload and document findings in health records.
• Provide staff training on mental health topics and participate in MDT meetings.
• Ensure compliance with facility and company policies and procedures.
