Job summary

Ascension Madison Street Clinic in Appleton, WI is seeking a Medical Assistant / CMA or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care team. This full-time role requires assisting clinicians, documenting patient care, and maintaining a clean, ready-to-use examination environment.

Ideal candidates hold a BLS credential and a High School diploma or equivalent, with MA/CMA or LPN experience being a plus. The schedule is days, full-time, in a supportive health system environment.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure as MA/CMA or LPN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support patient healing by executing physician-ordered treatments under supervision of a RN or physician.
• Document patient care journeys with intake, vital signs, and accurate records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterile, organized environment for seamless care.
• Manage clinic workflow by handling supplies, ordering, stocking, and responding to patient inquiries.
