Primary Care Associates in Appleton, WI is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support an Internal Medicine physician four days a week. You will greet patients, room them, and assist with procedures in a busy clinic.

The role requires CMA or RMA certification or eligibility within 3 months, current BLS, EPIC experience, and strong communication, organization, and teamwork. Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Formación

• Certification as CMA or RMA, or eligible to obtain certification within 3 months.
• Current BLS for healthcare certification.
• Experience in a medical office is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Room patients and prepare exam rooms.
• Record vital signs and document in charts.
• Assist with injections/medications under physician supervision.
• Instruct patients on tests and procedures.
• Record lab/x-ray/ECG results in charts.
• Manage patient communications and triage calls.
• Support with scheduling and referrals.
