Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of clinic MA experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• Proficient in English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and document patient information.
• Obtain patient history and conduct venipuncture and basic lab tasks as directed.
• Assist with X-ray and referral processes.
• Manage call volume and patient messages with professional telephone etiquette.
• Support plan of care development and implement care interventions.
• Maintain timely workflow to meet patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety goals.
• Transport medications as needed.
