Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administers medications per policy and proce dure.
• Performs phlebotomy as needed and collects samples.
• Documents observations and lab results in OHM records.
• Prepares and administers vaccines and TB skin testing.
• Provides care under supervision of RN/APP and supports emergencies (CPR/AED).
• Coordinates with nursing staff for follow-ups and exams.
• Maintains room readiness, supplies, and chart preparation.
