Job summary

Qualifications

• Unrestricted LPN license in Iowa.
• CPR certification required.
• Venipuncture skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to patients in MAT program.
• Perform nursing assessments and history & physicals as needed.
• Review prescriptions and OTC medications for safety.
• Perform TB tests and other required testing.
• Document patient status clearly and promptly.
