Qualifications

• Hold a B.A./B.S degree from a regionally accredited institution; Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit.
• Commitment to KIPP mission and vision; anti-racist educator.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily math tutoring block.
• Plan daily and long-term lessons aligned with KIPP’s academic vision and goals.
• Analyze data regularly to identify student trends and inform instruction.
• Maintain an inclusive, rigorous classroom environment with Restorative Practices and SEL.
• Communicate with staff, students, families, and other stakeholders; participate in PD.
