HealthDirect in Concord, NH is seeking a Long Term Care Pharmacist working a 30-hour schedule for 2025. The role requires an active PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with a valid state license and registration.

You will dispense prescriptions, assure QA steps, manage third-party claims, and maintain compliant records while providing exceptional patient service. On-call work and collaboration with facility managers are possible.

Formación

• Licensed pharmacist with valid State License and registration.
• Able to stand/walk throughout shift.
• Pre-employment and/or random drug screening completed successfully.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense prescriptions following HealthDirect standards.
• Perform quality assurance steps to ensure accuracy of prescriptions.
• Oversee third-party claims submission, resubmission and collection.
• Manage and balance pharmacy inventory for in-stock reliability.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and maintain records as required.
• Coordinate with facility managers on hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
