Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assist and direct support staff in dispensing medication orders to facilities and residents.
• Perform drug utilization review and follow up.
• Code data entry and check orders.
• Verify orders and provide consultation on medications and interactions.
• Manage patient medication counseling and adherence monitoring.
• Supervise pharmacy staff including technicians and clerks.
• Maintain inventory and ensure security of the prescription area.
• Ensure records of all prescription medications are accurate.
