Job summary
Haven of Ridgeview, a Haven Health facility in Illinois, seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes. Qualifications
- Current Illinois LNHA license — required.
- Proven experience as an Administrator in SNF/long-term care.
- Strong knowledge of IDPH, CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with IDPH and federal regulations.
- Maintain survey readiness and lead successful survey outcomes.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
- Mentor department heads and interdisciplinary teams.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census development.
- Promote resident-centered culture for residents, families, and staff.
- Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and community partners.
