Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and implement individualized Life Skills experiences for residents, especially those with memory loss. You will engage residents daily through meaningful routines and lead enrichment clubs, supported by a team who values dignity and purpose.

This role emphasizes adapting activities to cognitive ability, documenting participation, and coordinating with ISPs and resident profiles to deliver resident-centered programming.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Life Skills based on resident interests
• Engage residents daily in meaningful routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs and Resident Profiles to tailor activities
• Document participation to quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and supplies
• Encourage team members to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
