Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful moments for residents living with memory loss. You will develop Life Skills tailored to individual interests, promote meaningful daily routines, and lead groups and enrichment activities in a senior living setting.

The role focuses on resident-centered programming, with emphasis on dignity, purpose, and engagement. A value-driven team and supportive environment await.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
