Amaro Law Firm in Houston's Heights is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and execute firm events, sponsorship activations, community engagements, and internal gatherings. You will manage goals and budgets, coordinate vendors, materials, timelines, and onsite execution to ensure events are on-brand and within budget.

This role supports branding through merchandise inventory and attendee data collection, requiring strong organizational skills, proactive planning, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, event planning, or a related role
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and transport event materials and supplies
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
