Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of two years of marketing, business development, or related experience.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Firm-sponsored and hosted client events.
• Identify event opportunities aligned with the office/regional practices and industries.
• Create invitations with the design team, distribute invitations, and manage registrations.
• Coordinate production of event materials.
• Coordinate pre-event planning and post-event debrief meetings with stakeholders.
• Define event metrics to measure ROI.
• Support office/regional client entertainment activities and manage ticket assets.
• Liaise with BD and Marketing to identify business development uses of firm tickets.
• Draft and distribute lawyer bios for Sidley.com.
• Produce regional news announcements and content for intranet, website, and social media.
