WinnCompanies is seeking a Leasing and Occupancy Specialist II for Kendrigan Place and two adjacent communities in Brockton, MA. You will handle leasing, move-ins, renewals, and certifications while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• SHCM certification.
• A current vehicle license in good standing and driving records.
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Generate and manage traffic, lotteries, wait lists, property tours, leasing, and follow up on prospects.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain applicable databases.
• Deliver customer service that exceeds expectations for residents and educate WinnCompanies programs, processes, and policies.
• Review, prioritize, and distribute resident service requests; assist with events or programs as needed.
• Assist on-site management with marketing documents, reports, ads, and web content updates.
• Maintain relationships with area businesses and local housing offices to generate new business or maintain waiting lists.
• Remain aware of local events and hiring trends impacting the property.
• Maintain knowledge of current submarkets and demographics.
• Gather documents for residency approvals and submissions.
