Job summary

Mt. Lebanon School District is seeking applicants for the position of Personal Care Assistant at Jefferson Middle School beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, on-site, permanent position.

This assignment will work directly with students with special needs in a Learning Support environment. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45 AM - 3:15 PM; 190 days during the regular school year. Rates: Starting wages are $16.69 or $16.79 per hour, depending on experience, with pay distributed

Qualifications

• Be a high school graduate or possess a GED.
• Have completed at least 2 years of postsecondary study, OR
• Possess an Associate’s degree or higher, OR
• Complete a series of job-based trainings during the first year of employment, and continuing education credit hours during subsequent years

Responsibilities
