Personal Care Assistants provide support in the academic, social/emotional, and behavioral development of students in accordance with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) by:
Monday-Friday, 8:10 AM – 3:40 PM (7 hours/day plus a 30‑minute unpaid lunch). 190 days during the regular school year – summers, weekends, and holidays off.
Starting wages are either $16.23 per hour (approx. $21,585 annual) or $16.33 per hour (approx. $21,718 annual), for new hires to the District, depending upon previous school district experience.
