Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Two years of professional experience.
• Experience creating training materials (job aids, slides, assessments).
• Experience facilitating training for adults.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and delivery of Professional Learning events including scheduling, venue prep, enrollment, and on-site support.
• Assist in creating and formatting curriculums and materials for UCP Seguin employees under guidance.
• Communicate with participants, presenters and stakeholders about opportunities, schedules and requirements.
• Organize and distribute resources and technology needed for sessions.
• Design and produce marketing materials to promote programs and drive enrollment in line with branding.
• Manage day-to-day registration and enrollment operations and track attendance.
• Serve as a facilitator for Professional Learning programs (e.g., CPR/First Aid, workplace skills).
• Provide support to facilitators and participants before, during, and after events.
• Collect and organize data on participant feedback, program evaluations, and metrics.
• Provide technical training for virtual/blended learning platforms.
• Maintain documentation of activities, agendas, presentations, and evaluation reports.
• Perform administrative tasks including reports, databases, and meeting coordination.
• Stay current with Learning & Development trends and best practices.
• Explore and implement technology tools to enhance delivery and accessibility.
• Review programs for cultural responsiveness and inclusion.
• Support compliance with laws, regulations and ethical standards including confidentiality and IP.
• Maintain training records meeting OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports for OSHA, Federal, State and accrediting bodies.
• Contribute ideas and materials to develop new programs, workshops, and seminars.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
