Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design or related field, or professional experience equivalent.
• Two years of professional work experience in learning and development or related area.
• Experience creating training materials (job aids, slides, assessments, etc.).
• Experience facilitating training for adults.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for Professional Learning events, including scheduling, venue, enrollment and on-site support.
• Assist in creating and formatting Professional Learning curriculums and materials.
• Communicate with participants, presenters and stakeholders about opportunities and schedules.
• Organize and distribute resources and technology for sessions.
• Design and produce marketing materials to promote programs and drive enrollment.
