Job summary

NYU Langone Nevada is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to enhance training infrastructure for our Central Billing Office and Patient Access Center. Under L&D leadership, you will design, develop, and facilitate training, and curate reference materials for new hires, refreshers, and staff development.

You will collaborate with L&D, Quality and Operations to identify training needs, create content, webinars, eLearning, and assessments, deliver classroom and remote sessions, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year L&D experience and 2 years of facilitation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with L&D leadership.
• Design and develop training interventions and materials.
• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Create course outlines, presentations, eLearning content, assessments.
• Maintain centralized training repository and LMS records.
• Coordinate with QA and improvement initiatives.
