Job summary

NYU Langone Nevada is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to enhance centralized training for the FGP Central Billing Office and Patient Access Center. The role focuses on designing, developing, and facilitating training, and maintaining reference materials for new hires, refreshers, and staff development.

You will collaborate with L&D leadership to identify training needs, devise interventions, and liaise with leaders for continuous improvement initiatives, reporting to the L&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of learning and development experience.
• 2 years of facilitation experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with L&D leadership to identify training needs and develop interventions.
• Design and develop training materials and reference resources.
• Deliver classroom trainings and virtual sessions.
• Maintain content in a centralized repository and LMS records.
• Create course outlines, presentations, eLearning content, and assessments.
• Coordinate QA initiatives and monitor staff performance.
