Job summary

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Palliative Care, Mountain Region at MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization in Scarborough, ME, will join the outpatient palliative care team. Qualifications

• Education: Master's Degree in Social Work/Clinical Counseling from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work/Counselor Education required.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMSW-CC (Licensed Master Social Worker, Conditional Clinical) required.
• Experience: Two years of relevant experience in a health or mental health setting preferred. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Social Worker I role.

Responsibilities
