We require a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering, professional registration, and proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Professional registration.

• Ability to prepare site plans and understand grading and drainage.

Responsibilities

• Develop site designs through contract document phases.
• Conduct site analysis including circulation, grading and drainage, amenities.
• Meet with client representatives as needed.
• Participate in reviews for code compliance with utilities and agencies.
• Coordinate workload to meet deadlines and prepare drawings.
• Provide contract administration as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
