Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, mentorship, and real-world skills. This is a full-time, on-site role at a campus with nationwide recruitment.

You will lead K-8 life-skills workshops, use Coachbot analytics to drive student progress, and motivate students toward 100% of their weekly app goals. The role requires in-person work at a campus, with relocation support and a strong track record of high achievement in academics or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject is required.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students: teaching, tutoring, coaching, or related.
• Comfortable with adaptive learning software delivering instruction while you focus on motivation and life-skills coaching.
• A track record of high achievement in academics, athletics, or professional settings.
• Strong stage presence to manage a room of 12-year-olds for an hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and feedback.
• Conduct daily 1:1 or small-group motivation sessions using analytics and Alpha incentives.
• Administer mastery assessments (Test2Pass) and re-coach until mastery is achieved.
• Adapt workshop playbooks and create new sessions to suit different age groups.
• Be the adult who upholds standards and serves as a trusted mentor to students.
